(not Latino or Cubana's thanks) You could try Bessemer (old Fountain Bar) Leopold Street they play good music 60s 70s and 80s or Leopold Square bars are good atmosphere and good music though no dance floors as such. I did read that Harrisons (off West Street Regent Terrace) has soul/funk night think it was 3rd sat in the month but not sure if every month.
