charlie9865
I am not bothered either think it is a waist of money we don't need to spend considering the recent cash flow prices.
hyper
I'm scared of us paying it off for the future. The current economic climate is not the time for a project like this. Of course, it will generate billions of income - for the hoteliers & brewery chains kerching. A macro world student games.
Rampent
I am lookin forward to womens gymnastics, womens volleyball and that thing were they jump in sand. I am having a night in alone with the curtains closed for the womens wrestling, do they do it in mud? I know, what's with the sand? They should do it in mud. Should the Olympics be cancelled and can we send Seb Coe to Iran.
Harleyman
I wont be watching it unless there's a Miss Olympia or a beer drinking contest. I'll be tuned to the Playboy channel watching the bedroom olympics instead.
shane39
I would rather have my gonads tarmaced, than watch our crap athletes collect their 'made in China' bronze medals.
steve184
It all comes down to how much money gets spent on sports - countries that have ambitious sports programs get more medals. Combine spending with large populations and the medal count is already obvious - China, USA on top etc I like to see the underdogs do well. Countries like Cuba that get the most medals in proportion to their population.
