Ale House Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 The Hummingbirds Blues Band are playing here at The Ale House on Saturday 10th March (or you can pay £5 to see them at The Greystones on Friday 23rd March). As an entirely independent pub we stock whatever ales take our fancy - currently Abbeydale,Acorn,Dark Star,Oakwell,Ossett,Salamander and Saltaire. We take our first delivery of Magic Rock on 22nd March so such delights as Curious,Rapture,Highwire and Dark Arts will be available for your delectation by the end of the month. Our Wednesday quiz jackpot currently stands at £120 (for 18 or more correct answers out of 20). We have paid out jackpots of £200 and £160 in recent weeks.
