spooky3
I took up rock climbing. Still get it, but I am experienced enough to feel safe and understand the risks.
Fibutton
I am prone to labyrinthitis, which is horrendous... I have been prescribed Serc8 tablets which seem to help with the symptoms, which can last for anything from a day to ....well how long is a piece of string? I seem to be able to manage it with medication, but have had it for a month in the past. Hope you feel better very soon, you have my sympathy x
Joto
I suffered from vertigo for 2 years, I was prescribed Betahistine. Even though I was on meds I still couldn't sleep on my left side at night. I was taking 500g of calcium pills too because osteoporosis runs in my family. When I went for my usual 2 year bone density test, they told me my bone density was low. My family doctor then prescribed 1500gr of calcium a day. What as one thing got to do with the other you may ask, well since taking that amount of calcium my vertigo went away.
