Any argument that can only justify it's position by reference to that position is hopelessly flawed, albeit by definition it will be consistent. Geddit? No, me neither. It's very simple. Marriage is an established form of union for men and women. It is impossible for 2 men or 2 women to be classed the same as a man and woman. The definition of marriage cannot be changed to allow gay marriage, because the definition of marriage doesn't allow two men to marry. Doh.
