Speed Demon
Why can't they just bugger off and let both Sheffield clubs get automatic promotion this season and give us Sheffield clubs what we both deserve, surely they are due a bad run of form, does anyone think it will happen any day soon? HeadingNorth
It is happening, they've lost their last two games. But, given the size of their lead, they will very probably get away with it and still win the league title.
Bladesman
Charlton have a good enough cushion not drop out the top 2.

denomis
I think you may mean wednesday as last time i looked United were still second. No I meant united. United had a good enough cushion to not drop out of the top two now look 1 point (yes a game in hand blahblah) same could happen to Charlton

You sound very bitter for some reason and not capable of genuine debate with your blah blah comment. I'm a blade of over 30 years and could well contribute to the footy threads but this is one of the reasons i'd never venture there.
HeadingNorth
But you said "did", and they haven't. Nor they haven't, one point is not a safe cushion. But they did; not two weeks ago they were five points clear with two games in hand.

Glad someone gets me. United had a safe cushion to not drop out of the top two now they are on thin ice
itsnevereasy
5 points with a game in hand isn't any guarantee of anything, as you've seen yourselves. Let's just see how it pans out, without the bitterness eh.
