Anti-Moronic
I've recently move back to Sheffield (into my Mum's house) and I don't plan staying where I am for long. I have been on Sheffield housing register for a year or so but I haven't seen a single property in a nice area. I'm suspecting I'll have to go private if I want to live in a sought after area, for obvious reasons. My budget is anything up to £400/month rent. I've seen some really nice properties in the Ranmoor area. Any suggestions?

prussellb
Hello-There are some lovely new properties in the Parklands development off city road. A Flat in Ranmoor will probably be more than you can afford. I know some 1 & 2 beds on that development go for around £400pcm. If you go onto rightmove and type in S2 as your chosen area to let, you will see the flats available and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Good Luck! daniel3982
£400 a month would get you a decent studio in the city centre if you look on rightmove.
davi
Sheffields best kept secret is Norfolk road. It even looks like Ranmoor. Check out my ad in property to let, and see photo of house exterior.
