robangel
is there any help out there for meals, like meals on wheels but goverment run do you know xx Hi if your parents have a microwave the carers will put a meal in for them, or make a sandwich something quick, as they allocate a certain time to each visit. I'm not sure about meals on wheels it was never offered to me. You might be able to claim carers allowance for yourself, until the carers start coming. Chris_Sleeps
look into recieving disability living allowance for both of them if they aren't already. If they're over 65 then it'll be Attendance Allowance, not DLA.

Chris_Sleeps
they are both 58 xx If you get stuck or want help then go to Citizens Advice Bureau - tell them you wish to speak to a disability worker.
