wils604 Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 I go to a new gym in Hillsborough called Bodyflo Fitness & Combat Sports on Hawksley Ave just next to the park. They do all fitness classes and combat sports and have a womens only Thai fit class on a Tuesday night, they also do Thai bag classes through the week. Amaranthus Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 There's womens thaiboxing at Wicker Camp on a Sunday evening. It's 1.5 hours and open to all levels.
