" Wesley Clark" gave a interview in 2007 in which he described how plans were drawn up too attack and change the regimes in several countries just months after 9/11. The General Describes how a government memo had proven that a further 7 wars had been planned with the below mentioned countries. Afghanistan ( already started when he claimed he saw the memo ) Iraq Syria Lebanon Libya Somalia Sudan Iran. Guess he was right on Iraq . I'd be frankly amazed if the US armed forces didn't have a plan of strategy for a war against Russia, China, and the European Union, let alone any other countries which harbour known anti-American interests. Interesting point, so what your saying is the American government had in place plans to attack these 7 countries before 9/11? All they needed was a terrorists event to get their plans in motion? The General does not say war plans were drawn up in detail. This is also proven not too be the case by the total disaster in places like Iraq after the war, The General has implied that at the very top of command plans were made to attack these countries decades before, remember he is talking about months after 9/11 Places like Libya were attacked 10 years later. what are Anti-American Interests by the way? You are aware only after the USA cut of Japans oil supply did the Japanese reluctantly attacked pearl harbour? ( very similar circumstances to what we see today happening with Iran ) As mentioned before it is clear from the testimony of the General that the Top Brass within Corporate American Government had a desire to attack and change the regimes in at least 7 sovereign nations . The main reason for the continuing worsening of US-Japanese relations were the atrocities being carried out by the Japanese forces in Manchuria and China. If the US had cut off Japan's oil supply how the hell would thay have been able to move their fleet across the Pacific close enough to carry out an aerial attack against Pearl Harbour? Oh I get it ! You are confusing the existence of a strategy design, with the intention of carrying it out. The Japanese may have had contingency plans for a war with the USA in 1908; it does not mean they intended to attack them. In fact, quite the reverse; Japan was on the Allied side in the first world war. The existence of contingency plans for invading countries where al-Qa'eda have strongholds, does not prove that the USA intend to attack them. All they needed was a terrorists event to get their plans in motion? Only the conspiracy crazies could interpret what he said in that twisted way. HN was - quite clearly - saying that it's only common sense to expect every Government around the world to have contingency and battle plans fully prepared to handle every other nation around the world in case war breaks out. I certainly wouldn't expect it any other way in this day and age. Back to Youtube with you... I hear there's a fascinating piece on the "galactic conjunction" there this evening!
