Strix
I left Natwest when they demanded my miniscule student overdraft back (before my course finished) and charged me for the letter... which had a typo in the amount they were charging me I left Barclays when they refused to give me a student overdraft on my student account until I had a job confirmation letter. I won that argument and got the overdraft, but when I got a job and needed to buy shoes before starting, they wouldn't let me go back in the red for that (without a stiff argument) Looks like my principles paid off

ECCOnoob
Whilst the issue is a disgrace and needs to be sorted immediately, some of india bashing comments on the DM website are actually making me laugh out loud. Its unbelievable some of the racist morons on there. After all this could never happen in a UK call centre could it??
