miss_boss Posted March 20, 2012 Share Posted March 20, 2012 The fact is something has to be done about the ever growing road congestion, and to me this is a brave decision that should be made for the good of everyone. If you can't pay the road tolls, then can you afford to use a car? you don't have a right to a car and should alter your lifestyle accordingly. This would be a sensible way to clear the roads of traffic and the roads would only be available to those who can afford to use them, and theres nothing wrong with that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
