Hi Guys, we are the Zumba Sisters and we have been teaching Zumba for 3 years.

 

We now have a brand new fitness programe to bring you all the way from the states.

 

HOT HULA fitness® is a fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a “total body workout” in 6o minutes. HOT HULA fitness® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms.

 

Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout.

 

All fitness levels will enjoy HOT HULA fitness®.

Hi,

 

There are new HOT HULA fitness® sessions that will be starting in the coming months delivered by a range of certified instructors trained by the creator of HOT HULA fitness® Anna-Rita Sloss(yep we are lucky).

 

New session

Christine Ventour will be launching her sessions at the University of Sheffield Drama Studios on Monday 5th November. Sessions will be from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.

 

HOT HULA fitness® is an exciting fitness 60-minute activity based on dances from the Pacific Islands HOT HULA fitness® delivers a great total body workout that is low impact, high intensity. Whilst moving to a blend of Polynesian drum beats fused with Reggae and funky music Christine will take you on a journey that is a lot of fun and will give you the opportunity to work on your abs, glutes, quads and arms. What a great way to get fit, meet friends and have fun!! Whatever shape or size you are, give it a try, you'll love it!!
