PrimalJay
Apart from rock, what are your little indulgences that you enjoy eating at the seaside. I love those 5 for a £1 ring doughnuts with loads of sugar on, I am also a big fan of those tubes with smarties in and am also a big toffee and fudge lover. I also love those iced hush puppy things that you can drink, in Skegness there is a place in its town centre near the life guard place where they do alcoholic ones with vodka and stuff in, very nice. Agent Orange
For me, fish and chips are seaside indulgences. I very rarely eat them when I am not by the coast.
PrimalJay
Yes fresh fish and chips with a healthy dose of salt and vinegar on always tastes better with the salty sea air.
wiz*
I love cockles and whelks. Not exactly an indulgence as they're good for you. But i'm also a fan of the sugared ring donuts....which more than makes up for it in the saturated fat sense!

Halibut
Fish and chips. Shell-on prawns. Beer. Not neccesarily in that order.
PrimalJay
Also went down to Cornwall for the first time last year and was actually the first time I really enjoyed a proper Cornish pasty at Lands End. I also love those long toffee nutty bar things as well as deep fried potato waffles with ice cream on top.
Guest
Not any more, because my coronary arteries would immediately slam shut, but Bridlington harbour had a feast of good stuff for the visiting child: hot waffles with cream and chocolate syrup; the most amazingly lovely fish and chips (to be shared with the seagulls); twenty-odd flavours of ice-cream, back when you could only get vanilla, strawberry and such like back home. Good times.
