Rupert_Baehr
thanks all, looks like around £50 for twenty mins work. 20 minutes work for the doctor. But the receptionist, Office Manager and all the rest are also working - who pays them during that 20 minutes? Then there's the electricity, rates and rent on the building. Who pays that? Who pays them when you are not there and they are sitting around waiting for somebody like you to come and pay £50 for twenty mins work?
