This form of child abuse is rife in every city in the uk and has been for decades. We need a Macphearson style report on why action has taken so long. Because the communities where these crimes are carried out close ranks and protect the perpetrators. That's one reason and it's valid, however the powers that be are, by inaction over at least two decades responsible for the growth of this vile crime. I wonder why they would possibly put that at the bottom of the article No mention of the ethnicity of any of the perps yet in any of the press reports, says the police have not released that info yet. The article in the link doesn't mention what community these men come from and even if it did paedophilia and child abuse isn't exclusive to any particular group of people. No it is not, but the inaction of the police cps etc is because of the religion and ethnicity of the criminals. This is why we need a public inquiry.
