If that is the case then we need to look into why this is happening. As for them being under investigation, didn't that happen years ago? It appears we've got nowhere then. Is this somehow worse than white gangs of men grooming young girls? Only in that there wouldn't be any stigma attached in reporting it if it was white men responsible.
