nigsmig Posted January 4, 2006 Share Posted January 4, 2006 hi sidh, ashtanga is the name for a style of yoga that has an emphasis on the flow of a sequence of postures. at present classes are held above the pine and ornament shop opposite-ish airy fairy, but if all goes well from 1st feb we should be on the first floor of bounty (the shop with the pirate outside). why not give the instructor a buzz: pete 07837085334.
