mj.scuba Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 I agree with Green Web and The Mommy on this, people should have the right to say what they want (yes, even racist bile) so long as it doesn't incite others to hate or violence or cause a breach of the peace etc etc. This Twitter Twit said some shameful and disgusting things which offended many, but I don't understand how he was convicted for incitement.
