Even tho' the site says 3-5 days delivery. I order some photo paper on Sunday, it was posted in Wiltshire on Monday and arrived today less than 24 hours later. Over the years I have had numerous items delayed (one by two months) or simply not turn up at all (including a couple of registered items). I find the service offered by Royal Mail at best frustrating. I really hope they use the extra money from the increase into improving their services. To be fair I am occasionally surprised by something turning up extra fast etc. But on the whole they get no more than a very generous 3/10!
