Guest sibon Posted March 31, 2012 Share Posted March 31, 2012 They were shocking and had wednesday play right into their trap for the first 45 minutes...Once you lot scored there was only going to be one winner. Antonio thinks hes Usain Bolt and just runs fast and lost the ball as many times as he beat a defender and got a good cross in but looked dangerous a few times. JJ looked lively ...Lines is dreadfull and Didnt even know Ranger was on the pitch til he touched the ball about 5 minutes into the 2nd half.... Jones is a terrible defender but that Peter Chek wannabe and Semedo looked alright. Didnt see the last 25 minutes as had to go out which was probably a blessing in duisguise as S2 Blade and LB posted it was a shocking match to watch But a good result ion the end, always tough to socre when a team just comes and shuts up shop Llera had the head protection on. I've no idea why, he doesn't usually. Hid his flowing locks too. The last 25 minutes were pretty easy on the eye. Wednesday had the game in the bag and played some decent stuff. Bladesman Posted March 31, 2012 Share Posted March 31, 2012 It wasn't a great game to watch but I think Owls would of been gutted to get anything less than 3 points against a truly AWFUL Preston team. Nil shots on target for Preston and never looking like getting one. Not sure why Sky opted for this one I think Udders v Owls would of been the pick of the run in. Very poor side, poor manager, feel very sorry for there supporters if truth be known. Wednesday played very well today, It was a matter of time before we scored and Madine look's hungry under Dave Jones, Jones has said today that he tried to sign Madine for Cardiff, also interesting news coming from the Preston camp that some of there players leaked the tactics and starting line up to us. bigsexydoug Posted March 31, 2012 Share Posted March 31, 2012 IF the rumours are true, that wednesday were told of the team the night before, then shame on those players, feel sorry for their genuine fans that went today who didnt know that some players for their club would rather give the opposition an advantage in beating them simply because they dont like the boss (who does ?). they shouldnt be allowed to play proffesional football ever again !!!
