Anglersvista
I was thinking of booking a last minute holiday, sometime over the next two weeks. I can book it, pack it, and 'get away' very quickly. But then I've realised that it's the school easter holidays. I hate kids, never had them, don't want them, don't like other peoples. Last year I went away, but forgot it was half term. The otherwise perfect holiday was spoilt by other peoples kids. I don't need to hear that 'Trixibelle has caught a ball in the pool', or 'Our little Ipad has swam a width with his armbands on'. Does anyone know of anywhere (Europe) where there will be no, or at the least very little, kids...I don't mean in height. I don't mean 18 - 30 also, I'm 43, been there, done that. There used to be a company that specialised in these sort of holidays but their name escapes me. The Childcatcher
discodown
Its a bit of an ask. You aren't going to be able to avoid kids entirely so the best thing you can do is head to non touristy places. Try Croatia and Morroco and places like that that are off the beaten track a little bit
Expat owl
Decide where you want to go and simply book an adults only hotel !! Job sorted !!!
nikki-red
Or just go the week after, when the kids have gone back? Would probably cost you less too
laineyiow
Yawn...what a boring, predictable, tedious response. I can't possibly hate kids because I was one once? Where is the reasoning there? Not grumpy just have my opinions which I would like to be respected sensibly. To the other poster, yes 'Warners' was the company I was thinking of, but you say it only does UK? I honestly don't know if they do adult only holidays outside the UK. I have only been to venues in the UK
nikki-red
Looking at their website it is only UK I think Sandals do adult only holidays, but theyre mainly caribbean? Thomsons do adult only in Europe, theyre aimed at couples tho so dont know if thats what youre after?

Jim Graham
I think Sandals is the international company that does adult only hols but not sure if they do Europe. Put your hand in your pocket and go somewhere like Florida. The whole state is full of grumpy ol' gits. You'll fit right in.
slh73
We went to a hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico last year that was over 18s only, fantastic place, and made all the better by the lack of screaming, whining kids. I know its not Europe, but if you can stretch to it, Id highly recommend it. El Dorado Seaside Suites on TripAdvisor
