anywebsite
Went to a Chinese buffet in town, food was packed with salt, msg & chilli. Drinks weren't cheap. Unless you're really fat or can eat inhuman amounts of salt without a drink then you're usually better off with a proper restaurant.
SportsTrophy
I would say all you can eat businesses and restaurants/cafes are the equivalent to supermarkets and small food shops. Just like department stores and one pound shops, clothing shops and primark. It is a circle of depression that has been tolerated like massage parlours. Where has this influence come from? I would suggest our hard working immigrants bringing their style of unsustainable business to us.
