JFKvsNixon Posted April 7, 2012 Share Posted April 7, 2012 Another way to reduce drug related crime may be to imprison those convicted of drug offence and ensure they are drug free when released. After release randomly drug test them and if they are found to have illegal substances in their system send them back to a more severe prison regime. I don't know if they randomly test people who have been arrested for drugs offences and served a term of imprionment or if they apply the law as here. What if the legal position was the same as it is with current medicinal strong opoids. It would remain class A with the same laws so without a valid prescription possession would remain illegal and only the registered pharmacies are allowed to provided it. It would remain class A with the same laws so without a prescription possession would remain illegal and only the registered pharmacies are allowed to provided it. So no real change to the law then.
