*_ash_*
I even quoted Chris_Sleeps today! Others have and inferred it too! You may have incorrectly inferred something... you seem to do it a lot. You've even done it in your next sentence... It was pushed as a reason which would stop all drug related crimes... I believe one of fernos was the use of the Liverpool trials, for example! 'ALL' Did you infer this too? Or did you misread it? Or are you clutching at straws?

EDIT: Just look at you quibbling about that! LOL
ferno
So how do they pay for it? Which one of the links I've posted mentions payment? You're making stuff up again.
*_ash_*
Oh, 80% then! But all your straws have gone! Not one argument stands up! Only in your head. If you can't understand the difference between 80 and 100%, then can I have 20% of your income please? EDIT: Just look at you quibbling about that! LOL I'm not quibbling. I'm wondering whether you're all there in the head though, perhaps.

Hence why I say you are quibbling! Note... you keep attacking me, not the issue at hand!

No, you're twisting things because you know your argument is full of holes!

Can you explain this term? - 'if the heroin still costs'

No, i'm for prohibition over decriminalisation, but would support full legalisation, otherwise I can't see how it will work.
