New Internet Snooping Law. Will it be for the better?

Recommended Posts

It will be a fantastic money spinner, as from an office people can be fined for all sorts of crimes. Do not forget the unfortunate lads that made a joke of the riots on Facebook, and then got thrown into goal for it. You could be fines for associating with deviants, and tweaking the law makes it illegal.

Meanwhile while the plebs are being fined, and imprisoned for minor things, those at the top end of the economic scale are swindling everyone out of future pensions, saving and the rest. Such people do not need monitoring do they? So its one law for the plebs, and no law at all for those that can afford a good lawyer

Work it out, it is just a way of screwing you all, while making you feel its justifiable.

In the future writing things like this could be regarded as causing trouble and a fine would help the government fill the bank's coffers which is what its all about, while everyone joins in the mass-debate

I hear on the news tonight that Nick Clegg has accused the Media of scaremongering, and its not going to be anything like people have been saying.

So we will have to wait and see.

Alhough we have all heard that before from the goverment about so many other matters.

Well if the government had been more open about it maybe the media wouldn't have published scaremongering stories.

Theresa May has been saying they want this to be given parliamentary time as soon as possible, but now people know about it they say it wont be rushed through, seems to me that if the media hadn't published the scaremongering stories they would have shoved this through as quickly and quietly as possible.

It has nothing to do with being open. They can say it openly until the cows come home but would it really change their intentions?

If this law saves the life of one small child....

Most child abuse is by close relatives, so installing CCTV cameras in children's bedrooms with live links to police run monitoring centres would help prevent abuse and save children. Do you support the government implementing such a system?
