I can empathise. I used to have a phobia of being sick. I used to panic and end up choking eveytime. Until.......... I got hyperemisis and was sick every two minutes and went into hospital for it. That cured me
tas1
Well, I have a fear of escalators especially down escalators. Can't get on one at all. It's now got so bad I can't go up on them either as I just start panicing. Not such a problem, except I'm off to London on saturday so will have to fork out for a taxi, work out which bus I need or walk.
