A popular night amongst our regular diners, live music listings for April are as follows: April 11th - Son Para Todos - Ricardo and his popular Latin band return to La Mama. Expect superbly crafted Latin rhythms, Columbian Salsa, Spanish Flamenco and Cuban Son infused as one - 7.30pm to 9.30pm. April 18th - Flamenca Fusion - Dancer Irene Tormo returns after her sensational NYE performance! Taking influence from Cuban rhythms, Bulerías and Tango Flamenco Irene's performance will be vibrant and memorable - from 7pm. April 27th - Seven Shades - After last months fabulous debut Jazz trio Seven Shades return to La Mama. Expect Swing Jazz, Bossa Nova and influences of Cole Porter, Louie Armstrong, Miles Davis and Duke Ellington. Seven Shades consists of John Draper (piano and vocals), Ricardo Moreira (drums & percussion) and Stephen Mosel (double bass). This band are fantastic...don't miss this! Saturday lunchtime dining is becoming popular at La Mama. Remember we offer our regular Tapas Happy Hour offer - 4 Tapas dishes for £12 - between 11am and 3pm, Saturday lunch. We are also now pleased to be serving our Saturday Latino Brunch. Next time you're passing by pop in to try our home-made cakes and baked bread. Saturday brunch is between 11am and 3pm.
