barney229 Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 Hi, A junior football team called the Kansas City Legends are coming over this summer and looking for a friendly against an under 14 boys team in the Sheffield area. They won't be an excellent standard, (and will be jet-lagged after only arriving in the country the day before) but are looking to use the game as both a warm up for a tournament that they are playing in and a cultural experience of English football. Ideally, they would also like to spend some time with their opponents and families after the game and maybe go for some food somewhere. It would be brilliant if the local kids were really excited about playing against some Americans who play the game a bit differently. The game would need to be in the afternoon or early evening of Monday the 22nd of July.
