gemnlau
Hi I am planning a 'fun', 1950's style wedding for next April; one of my ideas was to have an ice-cream van show up during the drinks reception - does anyone know how I might hire one to come along? (on a tight budget!) Any other ideas would also be most welcome!
brianthedog
Try someone like Our Cow Molly. Doubt it'd be a proper van but the smaller carts would look nice too - plus it's better ice-cream!
Strix
Joe's ices at Beighton - and they do nice tubbed icecream too
schong2111
Joe's ices at Beighton - and they do nice tubbed icecream too I'll second that, I lived opposite Joe's ices from being 5 until moved out to start my own family, best ice cream I'll ever have! hannahfor
I had an ice cream van outside church while the photos were being taken. They even dressed the van up with ribbons I used http://www.mrwhippyicecream.co.uk. I would recommend them.
ndegwa
thats a great idea, even if its not a themed wedding, im sure if its a nice hot day, no ice cream van would object, if it is not that nice they can always go to their usual patch!

Hargate
Sadly out of your area but http://www.daisyicecreamvan.co.uk would be perfect as they have a newly restored vintage ice cream van.
