Location114 Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 So heres the thing lately ive been having some real problems with my back basically it hurts if i sit down for too long it hurts if i bend down etc. So today i was helping my brother at work and he needed to move a sofa so he said give us a hand and without thinking i just bent down and lifted it into my arms and then obviously OUCH!!. I agree, but in this respect and years of suffering my back has now taken over control of my brain..I just don't do it. I know my limitations.
