BoppinBruce
Does anybody know if these really work? If so, how? Where can I see a good selection in Sheffield?
BasilRathbon
I bought one and it didn't. Mind you I did get it from a pound shop.
Dark Moomin
My sister has a copper chain bracelt, don't know if it was sold as a 'magic magnetic' one, but she swears by it for her joints
Sultana
I am not sure if they work for everybody, but I wear a magnetic one, and hubby wears 2 copper & magnet ones. We think they help, but it is not a sort of immediate cure!
F. Sidebottom
I know a nice lady who specialises in these products: http://www.lifestylesystems.co.uk/
NinjaPunk
Think it's a bunch of poop nuggets... Or... Pseudoscience. Why would a weak magnetic field effect your body? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnet_therapy Why not just spend your cash on a real fancy cake instead... I recommend a traditional Victoria Sandwich. Raspberry, butter cream filling, dusted with Icing Sugar... That IS where it's at.
BoppinBruce
I am not going to buy one! Just, and still am, curious how they work, if they do, and who sells them in Sheffield. It appears that it is an age old use of copper and magnets. I also understand that always the north pole has to point inwards, no matter how many magnets you use. Any more information please? NinjaPunk
What! You're not going to buy a cake? But why?
Bandylegs
I wear one of these bracelets and I have no joint problems. (I had no problems before I started wearing it, so make of that what you will!) I remember a report on the BBC website about them a few years ago. I think this is the link... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4101045.stm Don't know if there's any scientific evidence as to why they might work. But if it works for you... That may have been conclusive if it wasn't for this: "The neutrality of this article is disputed." stated at the top of the page on your link.
