I wish instead of making out all cat owners are Negligent for what is as most people have agreed is nature. I'm not sure what us negligent cat owners should do? Destroy our cats? if you don't have any useful advice ease don't comment. I would agree with that, yes. Destroy them, they serve no useful purpose.
