Harley
http://www.parkrun.org.uk/graves/ Free 5k run starting this Saturday 14th April, 9.00am. Further details are on the link. parkrun is perfect for all. This is the 3rd parkrun to be held in Sheffield on a weekly basis. The others are at Endcliffe and Concord Parks. There are club runners and non club runners taking part, but the vast majority are non club runners. If you look at the weekly results for some of the parkruns, you see that finish times range between 16 minutes to 45 minutes, so the times show that the runs really are available to everyone. Hope to see you there.
themadrev
Hi, looking forward to having a run in it over the next few weeks. It was mentioned to me that there was going to be a 2k kids run as part of the Graves Park Run. I think it's a great idea, but is there any intention to have a kids run? Thanks, Noel
Runningman
Many thanks to the lads and lasses that organise these park runs, a little bit of sunshine shining down on this obese society ! If you are overweight and want some interest in your life, there's nothing better than getting yourself a little fitter than you are.
