First of all a big thank you to everyone who has either posted a comment, shared it on Facebook/Twitter, been searching etc. I know Tiger2004 has been out looking for him. I must point out that I don't know the man or family, but I'm sure they'd appreciate all of your efforts. Bubble3082 Posted April 13, 2012 Author Share Posted April 13, 2012 .....they've been out in force here, seeming to concentrate on the lake and River Rother on Treeton Lane towards Catcliffe. The police helicopter was hovering a while this afternoon, but nothings been found as far as anyone can tell. I'm afraid thats all I can tell you, except that if you have any suggestions to call 101, then they can tell you whether its a valid avenue to persue or not. I'm gonna search myself tomorrow. Absolutely no news yet hun. I rang 101 this morning but they couldn't tell me anything over the phone, and told me to watch for press release updates. puddinburner Posted April 15, 2012 Share Posted April 15, 2012 I don't know where Concord Park is hun - if it helps Alric Road (his home) is just off Bawtry Road (just up from where the Atlas pub used to be and Esso petrol station). Brinsworth Road is the one leading from Three Magpies towards Catcliffe. Even if you're not sure its him, it might be worth giving the police a ring, just so they can rule it out if nothing else. I hope this gent is found safe and well, I can't begin to imagine how his family and friends are feeling . Perhaps there is little that can be done, but little is better than nothing. It's a busy forum, and having a single stickied thread isn't any bother to anyone who regularly uses the site, and it keeps it visible for anyone that hasn't read it. Hope you find your friend soon.
