Jeffrey Shaw
Hi we are looking for some recommendations from anyone who has had a positive experience with building companies specialising in kitchen extensions. PLUS make sure that you have consents from: a. mortgagee (lender), if house is mortgaged; and b. freehold reversioner, if house is leasehold and the lease so requires. PLUS consult/notify the insurer, to verify that you're covered during the works and thereafter.

nobby1981
Phil greenwood and his team did ours. They did a great job. He came as recommendation from the forum, and we're really happy with it. He took control of everything and left us without any worries. His number is 07729625901
mc55
is there an average cost calculation that we can use to give us a general idea of how much it would cost for a single story extension and also a double story extension ? Extension would be in red brick, filling in the 'L' shape of the existing footprint. There is currently some drainage from the bathroom that will need rerouting. I understand finishing etc would effect cost, but just wondering how many k's we should be budgetting. OH and I have very different views.
