mj.scuba
Hi Anybody knows maybe if neighbour have the right to paint my fences and concrete posts on his side of property?> Fences are erected on my property and I have paid for it. Their paint has splashed on my side of concrete posts and concrete panels under fences and it doesnt look nice. I wouldnt mind if they ask me and if they would have painted on the same colour as I have( red) not green! Any suggestions? To say thank you, you should go round and paint their whole house red. Eve83
What if, what if! You sound like the neighbour from hell! Are you sure?....just read again my previous post. "....Yes, you right, but mine neighbour didnt want to erect higher fence and didnt want to spend any penny on it. They had 3ft high fences and I wanted to have higher for privacy. That is why I erected mine next to theirs to avaoid arguments, but then they have sold theirs fences and "take care" of mine! without asking..." I think that good manners in this case are more than appropriate. Surely you would do to your neighbour exacly the same...?
