ransack
If you should receive a flyer through your letterbox asking for clothing donations for the charity Troop Aid please be warned. Neither Troop Aid, or their collection company do now, or ever have used flyers. The people doing this are nothing but scam artists lining their own pockets at the expense of a decent and well meaning charity.
craigs
what's Troop Aid anyway? Surely the government are responsible for providing troops with aid - not the general public?
ransack
All I'm doing is warning people about a scam in the area. But as for the government providing what they need, have you been living in a box for the last 30 years? You'll be telling me next that service personnel don't pay for food, accomodation, income tax or national insurance !!!

scousemouse
I never give to door step collections. I always take my unwanted goods to a charity shop, where I know they will make a few bob per item.
