Green Web
It's often said you tell a persons class and or how well they regard themselves by how white and good their teeth are, like women logically do with a mans shoes. So do you have good white teeth? Or does your gob resemble Jeremy Clarksons?
fruitisbad
mine are ok-ish, could probably be a bit cleaner, but haven't had any removed or capped or any fillings or anything. though I haven't been to the dentist in abot 12 years.

Balpin
In the days of Charles II people, espescially women, used to have their teeth dyed black to show how rotten they were. This showed they were rich enough enjoy and afford sugar. A rare commodity in those days.
Bubble3082
Mine are OK. Got 1 filling for a hole and 1 white filling that is purely cosmetic. I do tend to eat and drink a lot of things that stain my teeth, and so use a stain-removing toothpaste; unfortunately this damages the enamel though! That's interesting, also didn't the upper class keep their skin very pale to show they didn't need to work outside in the fields.
medusa
Mine are straight and sound, with no fillings, and they're clean too, but they aren't white. I was given antibiotics as a young child which caused discolouration of the enamel in my adult teeth during their formation, so they are a bit yellow and no amount of whitening toothpastes will clean the yellow layer out of them. Still, I'd rather have slightly yellow but strong and healthy teeth than some people's I know, which are much whiter but are full of holes or have needed huge dental intervention. chem1st
Some nicotine staining, one capped, few fillings. They bite through things so I'm happy, but let's face it they aren't designed to last forever. I'm tempted to save up and have them all replaced with cobalt chrome in due course. davi
Actually, enamel that has a yellowish white, rather than a bluish white are stronger. I`ve never had to have any fillings yet, and my dentist said I had a fantastic set of teeth.
