Friendofpeak
This year's FSI challenge fun run and walk is going to be even more fun - and raise even more money for charities. The 2012 Challenge will take place at Thornbridge Hall in the Peak District on Saturday the 30th of June. It will be a real activity-packed weekend – you can camp over, enjoy a big communal dinner and then attend the Thornbridge Garden Party on the Sunday. The feedback from last year was great, so it promises to be the same again for 2012. The 4 or 10km course can be walked or run by participants of almost any ability – so you don’t need to be an accomplished athlete to take part. So please - support us by either running or walking whilst raising funds for our vital work protecting Peak District landscapes! To find out how to book, please get in touch with Danny on 0114 266 5822.

I run a website for families to get involved in community fitness and there may be some takers on it - you can promote it for free by setting up a profile on http://www.funmefit.com - it's a new community initiative aimed at getting more families into physical activity. We work with other charities on fundraising etc so it'd be great if you could post details of this on there. Check it out and if you need any help doing this or want to promote future events, please PM me. Thanks
