Glamrocker
Catch 22 if correct ,he's in charge of a possibly deadly weapon because the authorities wouldnt give him a HGV license which, judging by his apparent mental state, would have given free access to be in control of a potential deadly weapon i.e a 20 ton truck

Businesses and shoppers are currently being evacuated from the central London street. Scotland Yard said it had sent a negotiator to the scene after reports of a man throwing furniture out of a window several floors up. A spokesman said it was "too early to say if the suspect was armed or indeed had taken any hostages".
BarryRiley
I think the lesson here is, don't base your entire existence, your entire future happiness and plan the remainder of your mortal time around having a HGV license. Clearly this is what this guy has done since apparently the refusal of his HGV license has caused him to have "nothing more to live for"
