Clearly this is what this guy has done since apparently the refusal of his HGV license has caused him to have "nothing more to live for" Why doesn't he just get a forged Polish one like some do ? Bladesman Posted April 27, 2012 Share Posted April 27, 2012 Catch 22 if correct ,he's in charge of a possibly deadly weapon because the authorities wouldnt give him a HGV license which, judging by his apparent mental state, would have given free access to be in control of a potential deadly weapon i.e a 20 ton truck Is that why he is kicking off?
