rainbow2411
Good point, but if the system allows such corruption then maybe it is the system, damned if I know! just wish I could work it out and do something about it.
Darth Vader
It is claimed that it is a very partisan report and the Tory members of the committee refused to sign the report. "Its report has concluded that Mr Murdoch exhibited "wilful blindness" to what was going on in his media empire. But the committee was split six to four with Tory members refusing to endorse the report and branding it "partisan". Conservative Louise Mensch said it was carried on "political lines" - with Labour and Lib Dem members backing it - and called it "a real great shame" that the report's credibility had potentially been "damaged" as a result." http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-17898029 So there you have it, the report has no credibility, don't believe what you read in the paper or see on TV. Ah yes, the sharp-witted and perceptive Louise Mensch.... Why are the Tories supporting Murdoch even now? They must know it will win them no favours before the local elections. Are they THAT frightened of him?
