craig12
can anyone tell me please about campervan experience, dont want to tow a tourer , and dont want the depreciation of statics plus the £3k site fees, so wondered about mobile home/camper, i dont mean the small campervan that is about as big as the vw camper, more the kind of the old talbot camper vans with the luton above cab, so you have a rear door and side door, is it a strange cramped experience in such a small space, are the camp toilets on most sites very clean, do other mobile home owners talk to you, is it a very laid back barbaque/lager /chilled expereience or do people find it a lot of work to set up on friday and come home on sunday dont have a lot of money for the big camper homes , but wondered if we bought a cheepie, wether we,d hate it kind regards
davi
Ah! Camping. Its a little bit like making love to a beautiful woman. First you put up your pole. And then you slip into the old bag!
Allen
Join one of the camping forums. Loads of people on there to give advice. I have a tourer and love it. The problem (as I see it) with motorhomes is the need to pack everything away if you want a day off site....not to mention the parking problems in small villages.
