For example, anyone (not the Top Brass) who finds in-house moneysavings can earn 1% of what's saved in year1 [max. reward: 50% of salary], subject to tax. that seems a good idea at first but those savings in the next year would be cut out of the budget so less money coming in. how do you think the council is run (apart from shoddy) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
