mc55
we usually get a bonus - it's variable, depending on whether the company hits various targets. This year it is paying the stamp duty on my new house :-/

muddywolf
I get a bonus, since it was introduced I have not missed a quarter without it. I think because I am so use to getting it I treat it like my wages and if I had a pay without it I could struggle with out goings. No treats or prezzies for myself come from it
Expat owl
Pay for a holiday and put any excess into savings. Never treat it as wages as it is variable and can change year on year.
