twodeno
One step closer to Eurozone collapse. Good, bring it on.
I1L2T3
Let them do what they want as long as we don't have to pay for it. Ah, but austerity because of paying for the mistakes of bankers is ok I guess? I think it's time people really understood why austerity is and why governments are trying to force it onto their citizens. And for the right wing nutcases who are not the elites but who are enthusiastically supporting austerity what do you expect to gain personally? And why do you think you are uniquely placed to benefit?

A fair few of his promises will look like pure fantasy before May is out. But the austerity - I can't see a full climbdown on it.
Guest sibon
I suspect that will be exactly what the Germans say. I suspect that there are a lot of meetings taking place in Berlin tonight. The people are speaking all over Europe and the message isn't a good one for Germany.

You have tried to bail out all of Europe out of a sense of duty/wartime guilt and all you have got is hatred in return. You can now fly free my little ones, your taxes your own once more and leave them to it.

Fly free my little ones. Let the DMark fluctuate on the international currency market. And then we'll see how much Audi/Mercedes/BMW can afford to sell their cars for. Interesting times beckon. green
EEC was meant to be a big trade agreement for us all. It turned out to be something very different. I will be glad to see the back of it.
