Help with losing weight

You'll begin to lose weight but after a while your body will plateau out as it begins to say to itself it's losing a lot of weight and needs to store more fat. This will sort itself outafter a while.

 

Take her on a march Mecky. One of those protest things thatll burn of a few cals.

Me & my husband wanted to lose weight & started eating healthy & walking but at times struggled with losing weight, we found it was because we weren't actually eating enough, you have to make sure you eat healthy but enough calories, after finding this out were now doing well & iv lost 2st in 3 months, now it's a 1lb a wk I lose, it's getting the balance right. Don't walk or exercise most of the calories u eat off has your body holds on, the doc can explain that better
