HeadingNorth Posted May 8, 2012 Share Posted May 8, 2012 The latest news reports on it that I can find - from two years ago - all say that permission had been granted but it was unclear when, given the financial climate of 2010, any work would actually start on it. I'm only passing on what i have been told! He Did say his company has priced to supply some of the materials too. I have no reason not believe what he told me. And I have no reason to doubt you - but, as a general rule on the internet, as in real life, when someone you don't know tells you something that you know nothing about, you have no way of checking if he's accurate or not.
