As someone has already said, it gets busy but never unmanageably busy like 7pm Monday Hillsborough. You can always get on something, and there are loads of ways to mix up your workout such as kettlebells, punch bags, frames etc. The equipment is Matrix so it is cheaper than the Technogym that SIV use. This is noticeable on the standard resistance machines but not on the cardio machines. They also have a good range of more bodybuilding oriented, plate loaded machines which Hillsborough do not offer. I'd say make the move, it's half the price and a very decent gym.
